Local Delivery
Delivery Methods
- Door-to-door Delivery:
The products will be delivered by SF Express to the address of your order. The freight will be calculated by the system and collected in the order.
If we are unable to contact you for two consecutive deliveries, this order will be cancelled automatically and the customer service staff will contact you to handle the delivery.
- Self Pickup at SF Stores/EF Locker/Convenience Stores:
The products will be delivered by SF Express to the convenience store or SF store you choose when you submit your order. After the products you ordered are delivered to your designated convenience store or SF store, we will keep your products for 3 days and send you a "pick up reminder" message during this period.

Delivery Time
- Door-to-door Delivery:
Residential, commercial and non-commercial areas, expected to be delivered within 2-4 working days;
- Self Pickup at SF Stores/EF Locker/Convenience Stores:
If it is picked up from SF stores or convenience stores (except on Islands District), it is expected to be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Overseas Delivery
We ship to overseas countries and regions. Delivery time and courier charges will depend on the country we ship to and delivery will be quoted upon request.
